Privacy Policy

A1T Productions & Photography Inc. (“A1T,” “we,” “us”) is a family-owned video production and photography company in Las Vegas, Nevada. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we never sell it.
01What we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional), and project details you type in.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs — such as IP address and browser type — for security and uptime purposes.
Language preference. If you pick a language on our site, that choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
02What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use cookies to track you across the web.
03How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and communicate about your project. That’s it.
04Where it’s stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our business email. We keep them only as long as needed for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
05Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of outside services: Netlify (hosting and form processing) and Google Fonts (typefaces served by Google, which may log font requests). Our photography portfolio links out to SmugMug, which has its own privacy policy.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
06Your choices
Email or call us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law (NRS 603A).
07Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
08Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we add analytics — we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
