These terms cover your use of a1tproductions.com, the website of A1T Productions & Photography Inc. (“A1T,” “we,” “us”), a family-owned video production and photography company in Las Vegas, Nevada. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, share links to our pages, and contact us about a project. Please don’t misuse the site — for example, by trying to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
Quotes, bookings & rentals
Service descriptions, equipment lists, studio details, and hours on this site are general information, not an offer or a contract. Sending us a message doesn’t create a booking. Every production, studio rental, and equipment rental is confirmed in a separate written quote or agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Our work & content
The videos, photographs, text, logos, and design on this site belong to A1T or are used with permission from our clients and collaborators. Please don’t download, copy, re-upload, edit, or use them commercially without our written permission. Linking to and sharing our pages is always welcome.
Client brands & people in our work
Client names, logos, and trademarks in our portfolio belong to their owners and appear only to show work we produced. If you appear in our work and would like it taken down from this site, contact us and we’ll review your request promptly.
Contact form
Our contact form is for genuine project inquiries. We don’t respond to unsolicited sales, SEO, or editing-service offers, and we may block messages that look like spam or fraud.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to services we don’t control, such as our SmugMug photo galleries and social media profiles. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is.” Details like hours, services, and equipment availability can change without notice, and we can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1T is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived, or changes the terms of any separate agreement you sign with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
